Description: CCCCHS is a non-profit organization that serves 3 and 4 year-old children of low-income families residing in Clackamas County. Head start does not charge any fees.
We provide:
Quality pre-school education
Nutritious meals
Regular health screenings including:
dental
vision
hearing
Mental health
Family services including home visits.
Each Head Start center has a cook who serves family-style, USDA meals for breakfast and lunch.
All children receive vision, dental, hearing, and developmental screenings.
There is no fee to participate in Head Start.
Our preschool classes focus on the skills that children will need to succeed in Kindergarten, including social emotional, cognitive, physical and language development.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. The qualification letter for the teacher assistant was renewed in September 2021 although the updated letter was not placed in the staff's file.
