These people are very money hungry. If you are a day late on payment they won’t let your child come in. They will also charge almost $40 for a late fee, even if you tell them you get paid the next day. They will not speak to you as a person, they are extremely judgmental. I donated to this school, helped with fundraisers, and was even told by her teacher my child was one of the best they’ve had. They charge almost $300 a week but pay the teachers there less then $12 an hour; even ones who have been there almost ten years. The assistant director, owns a bar and post men on facebook taking shots out of her crotch. The owner and assistant only want your money, and will neglect your child and repeatedly send them home. They left my child’s formula out and still gave it to them after hours, resulting in diarrhea. You will stand waiting for your child, but the teachers are too busy on the phone to even hear you say “helloooo, I’m here to pick up my child?”. And step fathers get looked at as if they are monsters. I will never use this provider ever again, I will only use corporate daycares- as they at least have an HR or a home office for complaints.
