It was reported that this child stated that this staff member pushed her head into the cubbies. The caller is concerned that the discipline is too harsh and strict. One staff member reported during this inspection that she observed another staff member make a child stand next to their cot for long periods of time for not sleeping during rest time. This was reported to be more than one time. No staff reported that they have observed another staff member hitting or pushing a child. |
