Description: Our Early Childhood program meets the Educational, Health, Nutritional, and Social Needs of low-income children and their families. Head Start believes in Strengthening families by Teaching Acceptance of Self, Non-violence and Drug-free living (S.T.A.N.D.). Parents and volunteers are welcome in the Centers. HARCATUS Head Start is dedicated to providing quality learning experiences for preschool children while increasing families self-sufficiency through education and linkages to community resources.
