Findings: The provider stated that she was using pure bleach and a rag to sanitize the diapering pad. Provider informed the bleach should be diluted with water and that she needs to use something like a disposable cloth to wipe of the pad, because a rag would need to be sanitized between each uses. The provider was also informed there needs to be a barrier (such as paper towels, waxed paper) between the child and the changing pad, when diapering. Correction made during the time of the inspection.

The provider stated both parents wanted their own personal rest furnishings to be used for care.
