Findings: The Team observed that the classroom roster was also used as the sign-in and out records. At the time of the inspection, there were 9 children present and 8 children on the roster.

Findings: The Team Leader observed that Staff #2's file was not complete with the documents to support that she was qualified to be a teacher-caregiver and the Director Designee. The education and previous experience as well has her start date were missing. Staff #2 sent her qualifications via email on 8/17/18 and she was found to be qualified.

Findings: The Team Leader reviewed the posted menu and found that the specific fruits and vegetables to be served at lunch were not documented on the menu. The menu stated that all lunch meals will be served with choices of fruit, veggies and milk daily.
