I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If I could put 0 stars I would. Child came home with a HUGE handprint shaped mark on her back….she had obviously been hit. I immediately texted the teacher who ghosted me. Instead, the director reached out defending all of the staff. Nobody could tell me how that mark got on my 4 year old daughter’s back……except for her. She said MISS JACKIE HIT HIT HIT ME.
I filed an investigation which I was then told that they couldn’t take a 4 year olds word on it and it was closed. All I have to say is I serve a mighty GOD and whoever did that to my daughter will get what’s coming for them in the end.
