The provider reported that they had noticed that the group home's air conditioning unit did not seem to be working properly and therefore called a technician on the day of the inspection to request that the unit be repaired.

Findings: During the inspection of the outdoor activity area, the Team Leader noted that the fence surrounding the home was not secured in one area. In another area of the fence, there was a gap of 4.5 inches from the bottom of the fence to the ground.
