| Findings: The complaint stated that there were four toddlers present in a group of ten children with only two staff in the Toddler Room. The staff interviewed indicated that they were under the impression that only two staff members were required. The teacher interviewed in the Toddler Room indicated that there are "brief periods" that they may have exceeded the correct ratio. The staff members stated that they were aware that only nine children could be in the group. At the time of the inspection, the classroom was in compliance with having six children total. The classroom consisted today during the inspection of three toddlers and three two year old's with two teachers.
