I had a terrible experience with this daycare. When I went to pick up my one year old he had scratches all over his face . The manager told me that he did to himself. I really don't believe it because he has never done hat before and he did not have long nails at all. Also she told me that it was not a good day for the staff since they were training someone and that someone felt overwhelmed and had to go and also one of the member a man did not knew what to do I had to tell him to put a special sticker to my baby so he would not be able to leave the toddler room. So he did not know what he was doing. Today they were lacking staff the manager even recognize that there were only three member taking care of a bunch of kids. I asked to see the footage but they they not let me. I'm really worried about my baby's safety for all of these reason I cancel my membership immediately and there are going to still charged me the whole month. I can't believe this has happened I really trusted them with my child. Worst experience
