I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this daycare at all costs. I had a horrible experience and my son suffered so much here. He joined the infant class in mid Jan 2017 and within 2 months had more than 3 ear infections, 1 major lung infection and 2 ER visits. Our ordeal is still not over as he has been referred to the ENT to check on his hearing because he had so many back to back infections. I do know that kids do get sick in daycares but so many infections in such short span was too much for us to take. He was constantly ill every time I send him back there. I have serious concerns about the hygiene of the place as I witnessed with my own eyes another kid drinking from my son's sippy cup and a teacher sheepishly pointing out when l enquired about his cup.

Finally we decided to stop his daycare as he was at home sick most days. And here comes another blow, instead of Feb 28 I sent out the email notifying that on March 1st. The management especially the owner who was always replying promptly before we joined the daycare didn't bother to reply or enquire why we decided as such. Finally she decides to keep our deposit which is a month's fees just because I notified them a day late about March being our last month. 2 months notice is her way of making sure they have your deposit because in case your child is constantly sick you won't be sending them for 2 months to suffer. I literally pleaded her to consider our situation and she is so good at lying portraying that her directors are the ones who makes all these decisions and she has no say which I very well know is not the case.

The owner is a very money minded person as many other parents have pointed out. Most daycares in the area has a wait list and here there is always place available which does explain now why. Do not in any case agree to the 2 months notice. The only plus is the location and I do agree that some teachers were good but in all not the right place to send our kids. Please do read the non recommended reviews here before making your decision and I am not sure whether my review is going to end up there. Horrible place and Shameful management.

Do not fall for this place for convenience. I fell into the trap as a busy parent. Owner and Director are very good to lie. Their staff is threatened to be fired if they tell the truth of mismanagement, accidents, and they do not care of your child but only money. And worst of all, a teacher hit my child with stacked cots (base of a mattress) on her head due to reckless behavior, and i do have evidence of this and unreported bites and bruises. It is my responsibility with other parents to warn them. Do not fall for this trap. Your child is worth all you can do to protect them. I do not understand how they are still opened. I finally know how to report that they risked my child well being and it is my social responsibility to let the proper authorities know of this situation so they action.

Our child is attending Learning Ladders since past 2 years. After doing a thorough research on other day-cares and preschools in the area, we liked them most and are very happy with our decision. It is a great center with lot of activities for the kids. I would strongly recommend it to all other parents.
