Not Food Allergy Friendly Apr 17, 2023
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

They have been giving lactose-free milk to my toddler with a dairy allergy. I ran out of breath telling them lactose free is still dairy. My daughter’s been throwing up and has been sick since she started. Unacceptable!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son Azriel has been at this school for 2 years he couldn't complete a sentence before going now he talks up a storm thank to speech and play therapy his play therapist Alicia is great she really cares also ms Erica in the office is super sweet and helpful my son loves me Victoria and his teacher Brittany all of the teachers I've takes to really show they care I have had a few problems miscommunications but that will happen at any school some times I have ran into one or two people with bad attitudes but they don't work directly with my son and I did make the director aware and I believe she fixed it so all in all a great school musical pleased and my son loves it I would recommend it to any child with needs the head lady don't know her name with blond hair is super nice

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I totally disagree with the previous and very negative review... im sorry if ur child was and should be a priority. . U should have been calling regularly.

My son started going there in 2014 and I only had one issue with this place and thats clothes getting mixed up. My son LOVES this school and has grown so much since going there. He use to not talk much and he was delayed in OT PT and SPEECH.
Granted sone responsibility can be placed on the school maybe .... but as a parent you should stay on top of your children's needs if no one else is.

Thank KFF for helping my son. Special thanks to Stephanie in front office for your dedication and help.. not to mention your kindness!!!

Very Disappointed Parent Jul 20, 2016
I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I have never in my life left a bad review but I cant hold back on this one. My son has Down Syndrome and I started calling this clinic in April 2016 to have my son enrolled for the summer for his needed therapies. We are now at 7/19/16 THREE WEEKS before school starts and my son is STILL not enrolled. I have called every week multiple times since April with very little help from the staff. I have left DOZENS of messages for the Director who only returned my call today for the first time saying that I refused to leave my contact information which is a lie (and even if i hadnt she should have had it from the other 40 messages i have left) They claim the process is taking so long because they were waiting on my kids dad to give them medicaid information which is a lie (they had this information well before school was out) they now claim we are waiting on the Dr to sign off on the orders which is also a lie ( i have called and spoke to the nurse and the Dr and confirmed that these orders have been sitting at their facility signed waiting for kids for the future to pickup. It is absolutely ridiculous for this process to take this long. As a result my son who needed therapy has now had to go the entire summer without getting any. The director who again (just called me back today for the first time says "clearly you are unhappy with our clinic, we can refer you to someone else" Alot of good that does with three weeks until school starts. I will post this review on every singe site that i can and make sure to reach out to every person i know who gets therapy for their child to let them know how incredibly unprofessional and disorganized this facility is. I would also like information of someone above the director to speak with (all five people that i have spoke to refuse to give me this information.)
