| Findings: LS observed evidence of Boys and Girls Club and Achieve Tutoring present in the Multipurpose Room along with the Before and After Care Program. LS observed 40 children with four adults present in the Multipurpose Room with the Before and After Care Program. The Director identified the program as the Boys and Girls Club. The Boys and Girls Club started coming to the Multipurpose Room in September 2022. The Boys and Girls Club was present in the Multipurpose Room from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm. LS observed another program present in the Multipurpose Room called Achieve Tutoring. Achieve Tutoring was present in the Multipurpose Room from 1:45 pm to 2:05 pm. LS spoke with the principal of the school regarding the other programs located in the same Multipurpose Room as the licensed Before and After Programs. The principal stated that she has a lot of programs in the school besides the two mentioned. LS requested a list of programs, description of the programs and the contact information. Principal stated that she was trying to get in contact with the Childcare Program Liaison, VMCCP Supervisor and they have been playing phone tag as of this date. | |||
