This place is negligent. Your child’s belongings will get lost. Your child will get sick weekly. Your child will return home with unexplained and undocumented injuries. The director, Freesa, is very dismissive over concerns and anything that goes against what she or the owner wants. They only give you the choice to terminate care instead of them improving the level of child care provided in the facility. Everyone there is fake and you will NOT have peace of mind having your child there.
I worked here to 2 weeks. My first day they had me in a classroom with the entire centers children so they could have a staff meeting at 12 o’clock in the afternoon. The only cleaning products in the whole center are Lysol and Clorox wipes. No mop, toys are dirty, 60% of the centers children were always sick, and were always allowed to return without drs notes or being free of symptoms. The “manager” because she isn’t director qualified, lied to multiple parents about injuries that happened to their children. Her own daughter was biting children and she lied to cover it up and then wrote me up for putting the truth on the incident report. Your children will not be safe here. Please do not spend your hard earned money on a place that can’t spend money on cleaning products.
