This is the worst daycare in town. My child went to this facility for over a year without much notice or warning they made an employee who claimed it was their last day there handout notes stating they had a bad staff and most of it was leaving so they had to shut down classrooms leaving all the parents in a bad situation needing a daycare for the8r children. The old director let a lot sweep under the rug with her staff and the owners replaced her. The replacement needs an attitude adjustment yelling parents they will have to just stay home with their kids. If we didn't need a daycare we would not pay for one especially one with mediocre care. A lot of the teachers are young and immature with little to no experience in the daycare field prior to working there and it shows. They had repeatedly lost clothes of my child when I asked for them not to wash our clothes. Come to find out the facility shouldn't be doing it several daycares around here will not. They hid my child's food claiming she didn't like it but didn't tell me so I kept bringing it thinking my child ate it. And when asking about it they said she did eat it. I had to find out from another teacher that my child's teacher was doing that this teacher also gave other kids food to one baby bc she stated that baby liked their food better. Upper management knew about all this but they remained working there. Another teacher was aggressive with the toddlers so instead of any type of disciplinary action or termination they move her to an older kids class how is that right. They have parents who complained their kids were being treated badly by teachers but they do Nothing about it. This place honestly needs to shut down hire all new staff and train they appropriately. It's a joke the owners are never their so they don't see how terrible it is in a lil over a year my child had about 8 different teachers that tells you right there this place is garbage but thinks the other daycares in the area are well no one is leaving them to go to footprints they would be crazy to do so.
This Daycare used to be the best daycare now it’s the worst The new Director as of 2022 literally talks down to you and is really unprofessional some of her staff are leaving and she made the staff give out notes to the parents that they’re shutting down the classroom leaving parents with no childcare and the reason behind it is because there’s no staff I would honestly go to a different daycare I wouldn’t trust it just because who knows the other classrooms won’t shut down
The level of care from this learning center is wonderful. They make you feel like family. Both of my littles grew up in this center and all of us are sad that they’ve aged out. They know you by name and your child. They truly care about kids and their growth and development. Love this place.
