Expectations are very high! Owner nitpicks everything you do. She expects the shot record as soon as you get shots even though it's not ready for 2-3 days. She threatens to make the child stay home if not received at the exact time she says so... She accused me of dropping my child off dirty, which was not but expected to change the baby in her driveway. They do not allow you to go inside their facility... huge red flag! Also when picking up at the door the Bleach smell is so strong it about knocked me out! They say they are cleaning... this was 3:00pm. Most kids are still there until 5pm breathing in all that Bleach.Unless you want your children mistreated do not send then to this facility.
