The Plan of Corrections is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed but is not limited to: *Ensure hand sanitizer is inaccessible to enrolled children when not in use, *Add a gallon bag to the first aid kit, *Update the address on the Criminal History Affidavit when changing sites, *Ensure the director designee is posted, and *Ensure dates of enrollment are specific. There were 7 staff files reviewed. 7 of the 7 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. | |||
