MOMMA WHO GOT TIME TODAY 2022-06-02 13:45:15

Let me start by saying I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW IN MY LIFE! To save another family from going through the same thing I made time TODAY!!! This place was beyond a nightmare. My daughter came home with scratches almost everyday!!! She busted her head one day and they didn’t even write an incident report. Just handed her to me and said she got distracted. At the time she was only 8 months old! How can an 8month old who can't walk and in the beginning stages of crawling hit her head to the point where its swollen and bruised?? She was there a month and only got 2 daily reports total. They weren’t changing her and sending her home with old poopy diapers. Day 2 she had a diaper rash when she had never had one before EVER. I was very upset but with my schedule I had no choice but to continue keeping her there. I picked her up one day and one of the teachers told me she threw up 3 times. When I asked her what she ate she told me she didn't know. How do you not know what my baby ate and why was I not contacted if she threw up bad 3 times! They showed no concern at all. One day they lost her shoes and the OWNER got loud with me because she forgot to give me my money for them. At the time I had my 9 month old daughter in my arms and she was just standing there screaming in front of her like it was a love and hip hop episode. I could tell the workers were scared of her. It was a mess. I had to get her up out of there. After she went crazy in front of my baby I got home and change her diaper and it’s this tiny fresh out the hospital newborn diaper. (And no she had plenty of diapers I dropped off for her) The one at the top is what they had on her and the bottom is actually her size. Her whole private area was red. She didn’t even want me to change her. I would attach pictures so whoever reads this and cares about their child DOES NOT SEND THEIR CHILD THERE but it doesn't give me an option! Send your child to a place who will care about your child like their own and respond professionally to your concerns. Life is short and every day your child is here on this earth should be filled with safety and love. As for this place, it should be shut down!! This will not be my only report!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

It’s a couple teachers here that you can tell love the children but the rest of them are just pure evil. They encourage children to fight, the talk about the parent to the children, belittle the children and are just plain ghetto. My son came home at told me his teacher grabbed a student by the face and mushed him, and then laughed when the student started crying. I asked the teacher when I came to get my son the next day and of course she denied it. Smh it has been multiple cases where teachers are abusing children even special needs children. It made me cry leaving my son there after that in fear of what they might be doing while I’m not there! In the process of pulling my kids out. Wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional toxic and just awful place to any parent, new or old!

Happy Grandparent! 2022-01-21 14:14:28
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My grandson has been with this development since he was 6 weeks he is now 4! The staff on Autumn Drive are awesome! If you have a concern it is handled promptly and very professional. The teachers are great and care about your child's ability to learn. They go over what your child worked on for that day and even sends homework with them! I would greatly recommend this daycare to anyone that's looking for a great learning experience for their little one!

I was forced to give at least one star. This facility has steadily gotten a big exclamation mark. Numerous complaints from disrespectful behavior to the parent in front of the child. The child my grandson has reported being singled out for direct meanness. Today was the final straw. Please put a hidden camera on your child if this daycare is your only option. This is not a five star for my family. Perhaps if we were inside the “clique “. Reverse racism may be the root. The sad thing? It really isn’t that cheap. And the government subsidizes them in a lot of cases. Be mindful.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My 3 granddaughters go to this daycare age 2, 7 and 10. I am very satisfied with the service they offer. The price for 3 kids is great and the owner works with you, and very understanding. I love the teachers and the director Brittany is very knowledgeable of the rules. I would recommend this daycare to anyone that want there children taken care of.

Displeased 2018-06-07 20:02:56
I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The lady at the front who is the new director is rude as I don’t know what my kids went there for 5 months and I was utterly disgusted with her attitude when I came in and and over the phone. My wife and mother In law seen it as well. The teachers are disrespectful and don’t care about there students its obvious and it’s just ghetto but I guess that is all you can expect with where it’s located! The prices are ridiculously high my sons didn’t learn one thing while in attendance. They’re very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know!
