Date Type Regulations Status
2022-05-25 Mandatory Review 13A.16.05.10C Corrected
Findings: The toddler room and infant room 2A don't have a telephone. The rooms are separated by low shelving so it would be ok if they shared a phone between them. The phone in infant room 1A and 1B should be used for those rooms only. The center took a phone from the 2 year old room and put it in the toddler room during the inspection.
2022-05-25 Mandatory Review 13A.16.05.12E Corrected
Findings: The grey rock climber has torn mesh which makes a concern for being able to handle the weight of a child who gets on it. This mesh needs to be replaced or the climber needs to be removed. A tire on one of the bikes on the blue bike go round needs fixing. It is loose and makes the piece of equipment not work correctly. The slide on the infant deck needs to be removed as it cannot be placed on a hard surface.
2022-05-25 Mandatory Review 13A.16.12.04F(4) Corrected
Findings: The breakfast foods in the freezers in the infant 2 room and the toddler room were not frozen. These are mini fridges whose freezers don't freeze to 0 degrees and can't maintain frozen foods. Frozen foods should not be kept in these refrigerators.
2022-05-25 Mandatory Review 13A.16.12.05C(2) Corrected
Findings: The refrigerator in the toddler room is registering 48 degrees. It needs to be adjusted to read no more than 40 degrees.
2022-05-25 Mandatory Review 13A.16.12.05D Corrected
Findings: The large freezer by the 3 and 4 year old rooms needs a thermometer and it needs to be defrosted badly. There is so much frost in it that it is difficult to store food.
2021-06-24 Full 13A.16.03.04C Corrected
Findings: All emergency cards were reviewed. 5 cards need the child's doctor telephone number on them.
2021-06-24 Full 13A.16.03.04G Corrected
Findings: 30 children's records were reviewed. As listed on the health record review form there were children who need an updated immunization record submitted. Please see the health record review to know which children need this.
2021-06-24 Full 13A.16.09.01A(1) Corrected
Findings: Infant rooms A and B didn't have the daily schedule posted. The schedules were posted during the inspection.
2021-06-24 Full 13A.16.10.04A Corrected
Findings: There were diaper creams in baskets under the changing table in infant A. These were moved up high during the inspection. The girls' bathroom had disinfectant wipes on the toilet tank. These were placed up high during the inspection. There are cleaning supplies in a couple of low cabinets in the school age room. These should be made inaccessible to the children.
2021-06-24 Full 13A.16.12.05D Corrected
Findings: The freezer didn't have a thermometer. A thermometer was placed in the freezer during the inspection.
2020-07-21 Mandatory Review
Findings: No Noncompliances Found
2019-06-11 Full 13A.16.05.12E Corrected
Findings: One tire swing had bolts showing on the top beam of the wooden structure and the wood was splintering. It was stated that the children should not use this equipment until the beam is replaced. When this equipment is repaired, the licensing specialist will be notified.
2019-06-11 Full 13A.16.12.04F(4) Corrected
Findings: The freezer registered 30 degrees instead of 0 degrees. The director will get someone to check this and notify the licensing specialist when this has been repaired.
2019-06-11 Full 13A.16.10.04F Corrected
Findings: All four of the sockets in the Infant C room need to be plugged. When this is done, the licensing specialist will be notified.

I was an employee and can tell you that the director and her so called staff, Bonnie, Stacy, and Pam were the most brutal and rude people on this planet. We were forced to lie to parents on tour. We were forced to lie to licensing. 15 of us walked out in a matter of a month. Kids are abused and not cared for

I am an employee

I worked there for over 4 years and have quit. The Director lies, is dishonest, and treats staff very disrespectfully. The turnover rate is horrendous. Director lies to parents, and forces staff to be dishonest with them. You have no idea what REALLY goes on with your child in there. It is a horrible place to work!!!
