Write a review about CHILDCARE NETWORK, INC #199. Let other families know what’s great, or what could be improved. Please read our brief review guidelines to make your review as helpful as possible.
We used this daycare for almost two years. Within the last six months, they started getting worse and worse. One of the instructors with the school aged kids is constantly screaming at the children and even when it was super hot outside was making the kids run. He was incredibly condescending when I was concerned over the MANY injuries my child was receiving while in the care of the daycare. He made my younger child wet herself three times rather than letting her got to the bathroom.
I once got three accident reports in one day, and not a single phone call to indicate that my child had been injured. And rather than reviewing the camera when my child was punched in the mouth by another child and he was given conflicting reports as to what happened he threw his arms wide and went "we can't know what happened." He should have been watching the children, and if someone was accused of punching another child they should have checked the recordings.
We have since changed daycares and are much happier. But this place is awful.
Childcare Network has turned out to be my favorite childcare facility that I've found in the last 4 years! I was very skeptical about coming to a new state and not knowing anyone especially having my daughter start a new school where we knew nobody! We have been attending for a year now and Childcare Network has become family, they love and care about my child more than I thought possible! She is constantly learning new things, such as her numbers, letters, and all great things about the world. She has currently learned how to write and spell her name along with several other words. I couldn't be more proud and extremely pleased with all the love, work, and effort that is constantly put into this school and the children attending! I'll be sad when we leave but I highly recommend this childcare facility to anyone! Mr. Spencer and Precious are amazing and are always there when I need anything. All of the teachers are fun loving and care about our kids. It's completely obvious!! Thank you Childcare Network for giving us an amazing experience!
