Pam is amazing. I currently have an infant and 3 year old with her. We are on Nicollet child care assistance which Pam gladly accepts. She has great communication skills and we have never had a lack of communication. I visited many home daycare's in my search and nothing else out there came close to the loving, safe, professional care Pam provides, not to mention her experience in Montessori. Before we started our search, we asked other families in the area, and Pam had a great reputation. Best decision we every made.
Pam has been amazing to work with. We were able to reserve our infant spot 6 months before our child was due last year. Our child loves going there and is always happy when we pick her up. She is working with us and letting us know when her next available spot is open. We have recommended her to everyone we know! Before we found her I had other daycares in town back out on us. Pam stayed in contact with us throughout my pregnancy, birth and the 3 months before our child started. She is great at communicating with us!
My wife and I had setup childcare services with Pam a year in advance, and with only two months to go she backed out on us and refused to take our infant after weeks of ducking our calls and ignoring us without even a simple apology. This made finding infant care from another provider near impossible. We understand things happen and circumstances come up in life, but Pam’s unprofessionalism and going back on her word and our deposit may have cost us finding a safe and clean place for our child to attend daycare.
Worse yet, we have heard from other daycare providers and families that we are the fourth family she has done this to. In an area where infant care is near impossible to find at the last minute, this is inexcusable, especially after leading us on for a year and taking our money for a deposit to reserve our spot. Under no circumstances would I trust Pam to stay true to her word. If you are looking for daycare, I would sincerely suggest looking elsewhere so you don’t end up in the situation that myself, my wife, and my child are in currently.
