Equipment and furnishings were not sturdy, stable and free of hazards. On the playground, The border around the slide structure are cracked in some places. Some cracks were covered with duck tapes, but some tapes were peeled. The borders were moved due to wear and tear that created 6 inch space, which may cause child's food to be caught or stuck. There are rust on the fence by the slide structure and behind the shed. Some of the bolts on the border around the slide structures are rusted. The wire to connect fence and the metal pipes are shaved creating extremely sharp edges. Lightly brushing on the shaved wire can break the skin. The playground was deemed unsafe and teachers were asked to leave the playground.
