Playground supervision leaves something to be desired. It appears to be adult talk time.
I just now had to step out of my house to make sure a young child who had been screaming as if in pain for 5 full minutes was ok. After I spoke with the child she calmed.
Where were the adults? Sitting in the shade talking to each other.
