She brings a deep passion for early childhood education, extensive experience working with young children, and a nurturing, responsive teaching style. Kristina is committed to creating a home-away-from-home environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. She believes that strong relationships are the foundation of quality early childhood education and works closely with families to support each child's unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs. Through a balance of play, exploration, structure, and responsive caregiving, Kristina strives to help every child develop confidence, independence, kindness, and a love of learning that will serve them throughout their lives.
