I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Do not take your kids here. They have so many problems. Even the staff has made comments on here. It seems like a great place when you first start, but it's terrifying. We took our baby out. I wish I had talked to more parents about this place before we even started. They constantly have neglect cases against them and have sent numerous children to the emergency room from their carelessness. Just for instance, one little boys face got busted open and he was admitted to childrens hospital because the place was so germ infested that he got a staph infection in his face. They have dislocated toddlers arms and elbows. The baby's in the "infant room" are hardly paid any attention. They are either laid in a crib to cry or left crying on the floor which I witnessed almost every time I picked my child up. It stunk from the unchanged diapers that the staff kept saying "I'll get to in a little while". This place is a nightmare for children to be stuck in all day

Please do not take your kids here. The staff is abusive towards the children there. We had to call child services and take our son out because of the things the staff was doing to him. He came home with bruises constantly from being pulled by his arms and YES he could tell us himself who did it. They have had many neglect cases against them. Please talk to other parents who used to have their kids there and you'll get the truth on what happens there. They are terrible and should be ashamed of themselves.

I worked there a while back. I sure hope things have changed. Chaos is the only word for it.
There were too many toys on the shelves, so clean up time was overwhelming for the kids. The kids got a certain amount of time to play, and we (teachers) assigned them to centers. The kids would start to really enjoy their game and then they would have to move to a different center.
With one teacher to 12 kids, if one kid had to use the bathroom ALL the kids had to stop what they were doing and go to the bathroom and sit on the ramp.
The 4 year olds often got sent to all the other classes so their teacher could sit in the office and talk. There would be 4 year olds in the toddler room, infant room, and 3 year old group.
The indoor playground is NOT legal for 3 & 4 year olds to play on. Licensing requires so many inches of "fall zone material" (pea gravel, rubber chips, wood chips, etc) and there is definitely not enough. ALSO for those ages playground equipment can't exceed a certain height. I an 99% certain that every piece of equipment in the indoor play area would exceed the height requirement. I am sure DHS checks their facility, so they must tell them it's only for the school age kids. I know that the preschool age kids used it almost daily when I was there.
Another problem was that they all worked four 10 hour days so they hired a "floater" to sub in each class when the class teacher was off work. The kids only had the "floater" one day each week so the kids didn't have a good chance to get used to them. Also the 4 year olds were used to being disbursed to the other classrooms when their "teacher" was there but the "floater" was expected to actually DO her job and stuck with her group.
The director would often be busy with her cake decorating business and take up all the room in the kitchen with baking & decorating. It threw everyone off, especially the cook.
I know these are nice ladies, and they could do well, if they would just change things. Hopefully they already have.

I have worked in 5 different daycares/nurseries/preschools & this one just needs more structure & a better plan, along with a few changes to the playground. I would send my kids there if they fixed those things, because the ladies were nice & good with the kids.

Funny how DHS dosent have any reports of this issue, and frankly if you had such a problem why not call the police, that's right, its because its a lie. Lies shouldn't be allowed to be posted to someone elses name without proven facts. I think I know who this person is and they lost their funding through the government and I watched the child for free for two months, after this amount of time, I had to dismiss the child because we just couldn't afford to do it anymore. This parent got mad and threw a fit, and this nasty post is a result of this issue....sad...people who expect things for free instead of working for them like normal people. I just hope and pray the child is being taken care of as we had to clean her up and feed her extra food daily because she came in so hungry and dirty everyday.......As for the employee who is also slandering me, well I know who you are too, and you were fired because you didn't do your job to the best of your ability and my kids need your full attention and love, we don't settle with anyone who wont give their all and is attentive to our kids 100%! I say get off the computer and quit making excuses for your lack of responsibilities and go get a job flipping burgers.

I couldn't agree more, extremely unprofessional, lazy, and not as attentive the children as they should be. I worked there years ago, I wouldn't send my children there if they offered me free child care.
