Good: A relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, extended hours for drop-off and pick-up. The teachers are very nice and there is relatively low turnover of the staff. They provide regular "home-cooked" meals and snacks which is great. They have three different outdoor areas so smaller children can play outside at the same time the older children are outside. Security is good: they have a keypad-entry system to enter the main building.
Bad: Their new building is on a busy main drag with no traffic control, so its hard to enter or exit the parking lot safely, especially during the evening rush. There are too many feral cats living in the crawl space below the buildings. The classrooms are split in two different buildings at the buisness center, so its a guessing game as to where to take your child when dropping them off. The owners aren't around much, and do not stay in regular direct contact with the parents.
