The teachers at the faculty were adequate, not amazing but were ok. They often did not do great diapering and on one instance did not change our sons diaper for an entire day at the facility (7am-5:30pm). The director Debbie is incredibly unprofessional and terrible at communicating. She is not involved in the day to do on goings at the center, and has no idea how to manage the messaging and payment app the center uses. She is never helpful and was not accountable or easy to speak with in regards to our concerns with diapering issues at the center.
