I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I am so grateful for this facility. The ladies there go above and beyond for my child and for me. My son absolutely loves it there wich makes dropping him off everyday so much easier on both of us. They are both professional and personable and I would highly recommend them to anybody

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

This place is terrible!!! I got there to pick my kid up and the workers were yelling and my child was being changed and he was screaming and he was soaked like he wasn’t changed that day the worker then proceeded to leave his soaked onesie on him and handed him to me and told me he was wet that’s why she didn’t button it back. As we were leaving he spit up curious as too how much he was fed I checked his bag and the formula I packed that morning was still unopened. He is allergic to milk based formula that’s why we give him soy but seeing how much he spit up he was given another formula. I’m so pissed and really furious with this childcare
