I have taken my now 2 year old to Kelly since he was 6 weeks old and now my 4 month old daughter since she turned 6 weeks old as well. Kelly is always professional and does an amazing job at what she does. Kelly takes her job seriously and defines clear expectations of her families which makes working with her easy. She cares for my children in the same way that I would treat them if I were to be a stay at home mom. She provides structured activities as well as free play throughout the day and has a great play yard for the kids to be outside in when the weather is nice. The meals she feeds them are structured around the requirements she has to meet for licensing but my oldest eats well when he is there. Her rates are fair and she provides adequate warning for any changes in pricing or scheduling. She tends to take more days off in the summer for family time which can get a bit tricky with work scheduling but also offers families their own unpaid vacation days in exchange. I breastfeed my youngest and Kelly allows me to come every afternoon on my lunch to feed my baby. She also allows for cloth-diapering. She does have pets but the house is always clean and neat and the dogs are very friendly and non-invasive. When "firsts" or sometimes just because she sends me updates and photos via text message which are priceless to me. Her children play well with other kids and Kelly does a good job allocating equal attention to my children and her children. There are toys which daycare children are not allowed to play with that belong to her children but I feel that this is probably a good lesson in self control. There are quite a few kids in Kelly's care but everyone usually plays well together and the house is kid-proof so there isn't too many things that could go wrong. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking for childcare. I struggled with our first but now that I know what to expect from Kelly I had very little anxiety about putting my second child into her care.
