The site was somewhat informative. I'm not sure how I felt about the photo illustration of a neighborhood. Mainly, I was disappointed that the Home based programs such as HIPPY were not mentioned HIPPY is recognized nationally among the top home visiting programs and as a wonderful evidence based preschool education program. Texarkana has been fortunate to have this opportunity for children and family educational enrichment for more than twenty years.
