Description: The Athens YWCO is a non-profit community agency promoting healthy lifestyles for adults and kids through various fitness, aquatic, after school and summer camp programs. Our facility is located on Research Drive just off the UGA campus and offers numerous opportunities for swimming, fitness classes, pilates reformer, a walking trail, and a summer day camp. In Oconee County we run state licensed after school programs in several of the Oconee Elementary Schools.
The Athens YWCO also hosts and promotes youth and family activities such as the annual Kids Tri the Y Youth Triathlon, the USA Triathlon Splash and Dash and the Hop and Hunt 5k.
