I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I had issues with this center and before my investigations were concluded my son was terminated from the facility. The reasons were originally that they wanted to end his enrollment the 1st week in September (which was not told to me until after they kicked him out via an email in November). Then it became due to my gross negligence as a parent because I did not complete all the paperwork. But I turned in everything but when they sent me the copies of what they had it was not all the paperwork that I did submit. I even asked the person before my child entered the facility was all the paperwork including guardianship papers and the copy of my child's medical Clearance papers all that needed to be turned in from the parent handbook list. I even requested video of what my son did at the facility. They only sent cell phone videos of someone calling my son's name to get on his cot but yet allowing him to keep wandering around the facility and crawl under desk while he was laughing. Even though he does not like to listen I do not let my child just wander around I get him by the hand and bring him back to where he is supposed to be. But I never received footage from the facility cameras. Nothing to show how they responded to what a 3 year old did. There was never a parent/teacher plan of action other than to call him while I am at my job before nap time to tell him to behave. Then because I did not put it on his papers but verbally told them before enrollment that he was on the list for Autism evaluation would they be able to handle a child like him I was assured they could and he would be fine. But because it was not listed on his paperwork that was thrown in my face after he was terminated. But because the diagnosis between Autism and hyperactivity had not been completed then officially I couldn't list it because evaluation had not happened. He was on the waiting list for evaluation for November 2021. He was flourishing at his former daycare but they closed because the owner moved out of state. So this was not his first experience. By the emails that have been going back and forth between the center and my household I expressed as a parent I definitely dropped the ball with this situation. But the center has never expressed anything but blaming my son and me for all this.

So far so good! I was on the waiting list for 2 months to get my kids in this center and now I know why so many people are trying to get their kids in here. Everyone is nice from the owner to the janitor. My 2 year old was not talking that much and we were concerned. Since he has been at Wonder Years he has improved so much! They are also 24 hours and that is very convenient for my crazy work schedule.

Had the worst experience with this Wonder Years child development center my 2 year toddler was injured in their care and the staff didn't feel it was important to call and inform me of the situation the incident report I was given when I arrived to pick her up contradicted her injuries. The director Ms.Warner refused to return my calls for 2 days and was Very rude, unprofessional, and uncaring about my concerns. On the surface the center seems really nice but when I visited the back area where the kids are potty trained it was not very sanitary at all the potties were nasty and unclean ohh did I forget to mention I got an opportunity to visit this area due to the my daughters pull up being soak and wet when i arrived. She was also hungry and thirsty on the ride home which said a lot. Please do your research on this place before leaving your little one it is state ran so you can look up complaints and violation. Here's a fun fact the flyer they give you about the center it has a Better Business Bureau member logo on the back I contact the BBB and was told they are NOT members nor are they accredited. All of these things happen on our first day with this center which resulted in our last day at this center
