About the Provider

Description: Wishing Well Preschool and Childcare has been providing exceptional care to the children of the DeForest community for over 20 years. We are a state-licensed child care facility and are currently partaking in the YoungStar initiative headed by the Department of Children and Families. We provide children with a warm, safe and nurturing environment and strive to meet each child’s developmental needs. Our lower child to teacher ratios and smaller group sizes ensure quality, personalized care for every child.

Wishing Well Preschool and Childcare is located at 632 Old Indian Trail right off Hwy V in DeForest. There are five classrooms on our lower level serving the needs of our Infants, Toddlers and Two-Year-Olds. Our upper level has four classrooms for our Preschool and School-Age programs. In addition, our school has an on-site kitchen for meal and snack preparation. The outside area consists of two play areas designed to meet the developmental needs of the children.

Wishing Well Preschool and Childcare participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program to ensure healthy meals and snacks are served to the children. We also accept funding from W-2, NACCRRA and additional funding sources.
