My children have started to attend the facility since the re-opening this year. I had hoped that I would be able to give complimentary comments about the company and it's staff, but needless to say that they are very unorganized and messy. They have lost my child's paperwork that they requested that I turn in so that my child could attend school, but no longer have it in their possession now. They do not follow appropriate protocol or policy. The administrator is very rude and condescending. They really need to get more staff to help with the administration portion of their office because their incompetence is showing tremendously.
