I am an employee
I have worked here for the past year. Since I started, it has become under new management. The new office manager is AMAZING. She is working very hard to make much needed improvements on the building and encouraging all staff to take extra trainings and learn all we can. We are working with the Step Up to Quality Program to improve our teaching approaches as well. It is a wonderful place to work, and we treat each child like they’re our own.
If you are looking for daycare, this is not a place you want your child. My Grandbaby went here for not quite a year. My Grand baby would come home and say other kids would hit him, pull his hair, push him down and call him bad names and nothing would be said to my daughter about all the wrong that was happening to him, but when my Grand baby hit, pushed or called bad names, then they want to kick him out. IF ALL THIS is happening as much as you tell us it was, then where are the care takers? If your staff are Professionals, then why couldn't they handle these kids? My Grand baby said one of his teachers were calling him a butt head. So it sounds like these kids are being taught its ok to call names, it sounds like it happens a lot! I told my daughter to get him out of this place, it's not doing him any good being there. no longer have to worry, he was kicked out.
