Description: West Side School, located on Murfreesboro Road in Readyville, TN, was created in 1958 when the community schools of Bradyville, Readyville, and Curlee were combined into one K-8 school. To accomodate growth, the original building was added to in 1992 when eleven classrooms and boys/girls restrooms were added. Currently there are approximately 300 students PreK-8 with 23 faculty members and 5 full time aides.
West Side has enjoyed a long history of academic and athletic success. Since 1958, our students have be recognized on the state and national level through our very active Beta Club and our athletic teams have won several county basketball championships.
