This was a very bad experience. I gave money for field trips that never happened and was refused refund. Owner is very unprofessional and health Department needs to check this place. My child was extremely ill for only being there 3 weeks!! crooks and very dirty conditions
I LOVE this learning center! I have triplets who have been going there for 2 years and I honestly have no complaints, and I am a very picky parent. My boys had the same room teacher for over a year, which I absolutely loved because she was very familiar with my children and how to handle them (which can be quite the task at times) Now that they have advanced to the older classroom they still have great teachers. My boys have learned so much as they actually follow a curriculum and teach my children daily rather than setting them in front of a TV all day.They are given healthy meals and snacks instead of junk daily. I will be a little sad when my boys start school next year as I will have to take them out of this learning center...but have absolutely enjoyed the time spent here.I would and have recommended this daycare to many others!
I had the worst time with this daycare. My son went there for about a week. At first I was happy with the care that my son was given.One thing that I did not like about the daycare is the fact that if your child does not like what they are given then your child does not eat. The thing that happened that caused me to pull my son out of this daycare is the dact that I went to pick him up one afternoon, and I noticed there was a bruise on y son's arm. I know my son bruises very easy but when I asked the daycare teachers what happen they said they had no idea. I asked if he has fell or anything and all of them were puzzled. They finally called his teachers from the mornings and they said that he did fall on the playground but that he got right back up and did not cry they said they would give us a incident report the next day of daycare. When I dropped him off the next daycare morning I asked that they write up anytime that my son fell or got hit by another child that it would be noted when my son fell or got hit or bumped into something. They said that would not be a problem. When I went to pick my son up the director Kim came to me and showed me 7 incdent reports saying that was a issue with that many falls... they said it would look bad on them having that many incedent reports. I got upset because they made it seem like it was a issue to write up reports of when my child fell. I told them I needed them because my son brusies very easy and I want to show his doctor and try and explain my worries about his brusing wondering if something was wrong with him and his blood. They then told me that when I came in the prev. day asking where my son got the brusise on his arm but they did not ask me where he got his brusises on his legs and little ones on his arms. I became very offended with what they were implying. I told her you are making it sound like I am a bad parent and they said that sorry you are taking it that way but their face was saying something else. I told them I think it would be best that I take my son out of their daycare. I then had a care worker knocking at my door because of a report that was filed and I know it was this daycare that filed it. I know they did it out of spite. My son was in that daycare for over a week and they never once said anything but the moment I asked for incedents reports to be wrote and whn there was issues with that I took him out and them there is a report filed on my son. We found out from the doctor that my son has low palets in his blood and his blood does not clot right something that we were thinking it was. I do not harm my child and having to go throught his was just plain out awful. I would never ever recommend a parent leaving their child in this daycare. Ontop of one of the girls that worked there made jokes about beating her child because of the way he was acting saying that if you knew my son you would understand. Never again!!!
