Let's start with the good: The Special Ed staff that worked with my child were EXCELLENT!!! As far as the remaining staff, ALL rude and hateful. Staff that does not work or interact with your child will never greet you (or your child) when passing in the hallways. They have a miserable look on their face, and the few instances that they spoke, they were rude and disrespectful. You ARE judged on your appearance and status, and that is how you are treated. Forget about going to the Director Phyllis, as I tried that and after her false promises, nothing changed. In addition, during this interaction with Phyllis, she rudely snapped at my daughter for touching some cheap plastic flower on her desk. This showed me where the rudeness originates from (Phyllis). To conclude, if you're looking for kind, caring, and respectful staff, that treat you with the respect that you deserve; look elsewhere, as you will not find this here.
