When I first started sending my daughter to the nest I had no problems at all dispiye hearing what all the negativity other parents have said. That quickly changed. My daughter begin being escorted to me with a dirty nose and face, her cups were sour and hadn’t been washed all day. When I called and something about the cups not being washed all I was told was “oh okay were at full capacity maybe we missed his cup today” but everyday I get her her cup is sour. The person who normally drops my daughter off told me that the lady(tete) said I complain a lot and if I was unsatisfied I could take my child elsewhere...... very unprofessional. Looking for a better daycare in holly ASAP
The staff is reluctant to let you know what your child does and eats all day. The children do not have cots and sleep on pillow cases. I asked the staff to let me know what days they eat pork, so that I can pack him something. They said " Pork, we don't even serve pork". Fast forward three weeks later, Vienna sausages and pork & beans are being served when I walk in. One Friday, they were shut down with no tangible or verbal warning. I had to take my child to work. They lie and have attitudes, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who cares about the well being of their child.
