In the classroom serving Toddlers the two staff were observed in the outdoor learning environment where a child was very upset over a toy. | The discipline policy was not followed. One staff person, LS, placed a child in bathroom with the door shut and due to the motion sensor lighting, while the child reportedly sat still the light was off as a form of discipline. This violated the facilities discipline policy. | |||
