Findings: Based on Surveyor #1 and Team Leader #1's observation and information provided by the staff at the time of the inspection, the following areas of the home contained hazards to enrolled children: *The northern wall of the backyard where cords from Cable-TV lines were hanging on the wall. *The fencing surrounding the shrubs and A/C units in the backyard was sharp to the touch on the top of the fencing, and long the posts where metal wires were protruding. *A vine growing on top of a wooden fence leaning against a patio post in the backyard presented a tripping hazard. *Two citrus shrubs that had been planted were not blocked off by fencing and had sharp thorns along the branches of the shrubs. *The wall along the southern part of the house, near the A/C units in the backyard had a 4 inch hole in the stucco, exposing the chicken-wire and insulation. *The "doggie-door" entering the house from the patio had two sharp screws protruding from the bottom of the threshold. | |||
