I would not recommend putting my child in this daycare. First the director is never there . She only worries about herself.she leaves on daily bases getting her nails , hair , facial and eyelashes done and completing other personal task during work hours . She doesn’t handle conflict well with employees appropriate. She talks to parents about employees and talks to employees about parents . Which is not very professional. She allows teachers to leave their rooms and leave kids in classroom by themselves. She closes the center as much as she can when her kids are out of school so that she can be home to do things with them. She allows teenagers come in and take control when she’s not there . These teenagers is not even old enough to be working at a daycare. No one is cpr or first aid certified and they don’t even have anything in place for emergencies . Such as fire or tornado. She only sends certain gifs home when they sick and allows others to stay all depending on who you are .
This is an okay Pre-School with very poor leadership. I would have given this a 5 or more star rating until the new director took charge. She seems to be more concerned with vacations, hair and nail appointments, and other various “errands” over managing the well being of the children. There are some great teachers here as well as a somewhat decent child environment. The management of the daycare is awful.
