I came across this website not sure how accurate it is but I had my son in from the time he was 6 weeks (went on bed rest at 8 months) until he was 5 ready for kindergarten. My son is now 8 and he still talks about Rainbow Palace. His teachers became a second family. I don't understand the other reviews but I will tell you this day care is top notch. Your kids are loved and nurtured. I left my son in for an extra year because of scheduling and man did that work out. He was put in an advanced program and is still thriving. Parents remember there are some people you can never make happy and have problems with everything. This day care help me raise my most precious gem and I am so thankful to them forever!
My daughter is graduating Rainbow Palace in July and she started going when she was 6 weeks. When i had to leave my sweet girl at 6 weeks i was nervous to the point of vomiting. Marilyn spoke to me at least 6 to 7 times a day to reassure me my daughter was in good hands. Through the years i did see a few staff changes but i think thats expected. All the girls Marilyn hired was loving, sweet and very patient. My daughter starts kindergarten in Sept completely prepared. She know more than 35 site words, she can read simple books and the day cares new interactive app that lets us see our children doing yoga, activities, and having fun through the day is amazing. If more day cares were this involved with our babies we would have happier children. Also my daughter is 5 years old and can speak perfect English and she tells me in detail what she eats it was always what is was posted. Love love and very thankful for Rainbow Palace
I agree with the disappointed mom. As I search for childcare for my nephew, I feel compelled to leave a review about this day care. The owner Marilyn does in fact claim to run the day care when in fact, she's never there and has young girls running the place. Some are not even experienced. While this use to be a great place, a lot has changed which is why I had to put my child in another day care. There was very little teaching done when my child was there and staff coming and going. Every month I saw different faces. The fancy menu's they have online is a complete joke. They do not follow what's on the menu and just feed the kids foods that are a quick fix. Nothing hearty like what you read. I witnessed one staff member change a poopie diaper and did not wash her hands. When confronting Marilyn about issues I had, all I heard were a bunch of excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Hello My name is Kristen, I currently have 2 children in this day care I can not be happier. My oldest has been there for 4 years and they are responsible for her early reading and advancement in math and science. The owner Marilyn is kind, Loving and makes sure she delivers what is promised. I couldn't be happier. All the staff is very sweet and loving to the children. When they open the door my children just glow when excitement. Couldn't Recommend this day care more.
This was a huge disappointment. Took my kids out after four weeks where they really went for a total or two weeks. She claims to run this a a daycare center and it is not. This is as simple as a house day care can get. And when I brought this up it became my misunderstanding. And every time I complained about the care or something about my kids it became a tit for tat. I even got a call to basically call me a liar when I gave notice that I was withdrawing my kids. Would not recommend at all.
