Medication authorization, giving the caregiver standing authorization did not meet the specifications in rule. In the infant room, the name of the diaper cream ointment was not listed on the permission to administer form. In Preschool 1, child C.R. has a permission to administer a sunscreen but it does not match the name of the Banana Boat sunscreen that parent has provided. Another child in Preschool 1, does not have a permission to administer for the bug spray parent has provided. | |||
