If you care for your kid, don't pick this place to take care of them. From the beginning we had issues with the administration and lack of communication from them about the rules. They are not very professional and each time I went I would find out something new or different that I didn't know before. I believe communication is a two-way street, but if you don't know what to ask, there should be a list of things one should know as a starting point (like what time your bus leaves in the morning for school drop off and if you change it you should communicate it to all parents not leave them hanging when you suddenly decide to change it to an earlier time-thanks for getting me in trouble at work and taking the money I paid you to do this for me!) I could tell my child was not happy here, the only thing she would say that was positive was that she liked the snacks they would give her. I'm glad she was fed, but her emotional well-being suffered when she attended here. On more than one occasion the door was wide open and I was able to simply walk-in. Other times, the door was locked and no matter how many times you rang the bell, it would take more than 5-10 minutes for someone to come open the door to let you in (very frustrating when trying to make it to work on time in the mornings). Long story short, don't pick a place based on price or location, but make sure they are a good fit for you & your kid even if it costs a bit more elsewhere. Lesson learned!
