Description: Located in Aurora, Illinois on the DuPage and Kane County lines, Montessori Children’s Garden has served the Fox Valley area for 15 years. Our student body is composed of children from many western Chicago suburbs, including Aurora, Naperville, Oswego and Plainfield. We currently offer programs for preschool, kindergarten and elementary age students. We have three 3 to 6 year old classrooms and one elementary classroom. Our preschool and kindergarten programs are available with a half-day, all day or extended day schedule. Extended day hours are available for all programs, for families in need of child care solutions. For students that move into other schools beyond their preschool years at Montessori Children's Garden, parents can be assured that their children are well prepared for the curriculum of one of our nearby school districts: 202, 203, 204 and 308.
Although serving the community for much longer as the premier Montessori school in the area, our own “yellow school house” was built in 2004, with the needs of our young students in mind. We are proud of our uniquely talented and caring staff, who averages 11+ years of tenure with Montessori Children's Garden, and has been a cornerstone of our success as a Montessori school. We believe that a strong relationship between the parents and teachers is key to developing a triangle of communication - students, parents, and teachers working together for the benefit of the child.
