Absolutely terrible. Please don't send your child here. My 5 yr old son had a birthday and they act like they forgot about his. But had all these parties for the other kids birthday that same week.
My newborn had ringworm his first week there. My kids have been sick every other week since attendance here. They only care about the money,not the child.
Asked for receipt of payment and something is always "wrong" with their printer.
Bad experience, this is the first time ever using daycare, and it will be the last.
I must absolutely agree with the comment above, these people are rude! They are ALL about money and do not seem to genuinely care about the well being of the child. The administrator acts as though the parents are at her every whim and that she can do whatever she likes with out repercussions. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. They do yell at the children excessively and are not very good at dealing with disciplinary issues.I believe a proper word to describe this place would be GHETTO.
The staff is very rude at all Miracles in Me. I have seen van aids grab onto kids arms inappropriately. The staff yells at children excessively and they have no control over the kids. They allow the children to pick on each other and allow children to be bullied. This is the worst daycare I have ever seen!
