Description: The Millersville Child Development Center will be open on a year-round basis. The program will vary from month to month, according to the season and holidays. We will be stressing that God loves us and has made each of us very special. We will be focusing on family, home, Bible Stories, friends, good manners, respect and love for others and our country.

The chair could pinch a child’s legs if they sat on it. On the toddler playground, I observed several rubber mats that were warped creating a tripping hazard. Incident reports were not completed each time a child was injured, it did not include all the information required in rule, it was not signed by the parent and/or it was not maintained in the child's file. A toddler teacher stated she doesn’t keep a copy of the centers the abbreviated injury form when it is completed. She said she sends the form home with the parents. |
