I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I worked here for a short time, but have a lot to say. I went here as a child and while I didn't necessarily hate it, I had a totally different experience working here as an adult. First off, I was never really accepted by any of the daycare staff, only the cook would talk to me. I would literally go all day and barely speak to any of the other workers. I would try and make conversation, but most of the time I was ignored. Secondly, they love to bully children as well as humiliate them. Any little mistake or mess made by a child is treated like arson and a huge scene is made by the child care workers. For example, one time a little boy got ketchup on his clothes and one of the workers made him stand up and get humiliated in front of the other children and workers. She said, "Ok everybody let's laugh at him now because he did this. He must be a clown. Let's chant no more ketchup at him while he gets cleaned up." This really happened. And I thought only stuff like this happened in Stephen King movies. As a child, I remember the naps being the worst part. As an adult, I now know why. It's a good time for the childcare workers to kick back and hang out on their phones for a good three hours. If your child isn't tired and doesn't want to fall asleep for naptime, don't worry they'll be threatened and yelled out till they pass out from the all the crying that they'll do. The workers like to pull a big trash can in the room and pretend to throw away the children's personal belongings in order for them to fall asleep. In my personal opinion, this only made things worse and is probably the most useless thing I have ever witnessed. They play favorites with the children as well. If they know a child is an only child at home, they will use that as an excuse for everything. "Hey did you know little Billy Jack wet his britches? Well, that's probably cuz he's an only child." Even though kids who aren't only children act out just as bad. I would also like to say that I would rather have Harambe watch my child than teacher Anna. Teacher Anna is basically Kathy Bates character from the movie Misery. But let's be honest Annie Wilkes is probably more pleasant to be around than teacher Anna. Any positives you ask? Yes. It's a clean daycare and they make the children wash their hands regularly. The children also get lots of outside play time and the food is pretty good. Dear parents, do yourself a favor and put your child in an environment where the daycare workers are nice and want to be there. Otherwise, they'll be verbally abused.
