This school fools you with all the info on their website and the façade of professionalism. My child (18 month old) was bitten, scratched deeply and received a black eye all in a week and a half. We were not called when these things happened during the day but he needed wipes and they called like telemarketers! The last straw was when I picked my child up and he was crying, when I took a good look at him, he had a black eye forming and his face was swelling! When I asked what happened, not 1 of the 3 teachers in the classroom could tell me what happened. Asked the Director Ms. James (RUDE, HATES HER JOB) she said she would ask her teachers, needless to say that was his last day. Filed a report with DHR!
